Mr. Balogun is a Civil Engineer and also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London.  He is the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive of Equity Assurance Plc.

Mr. A. Ogunbor
An agricultural economist, Managing Director of Nosak Agencies Limited from 1984 to date.

Dr. (Mrs.) J. Oladapo
Dr. (Mrs.) Oladapo is a medical doctor with 30 years experience, was a lecturer and consultant in medicine from 1978 – 1993, was the head of Gastroenterology Unit from 1982 – 1983 and was Director of University Health Services of the Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti in Nigeria from 1983 to 1990.

Dr. Patrick Chukwuemeka Korie
Dr. Patrick Chukwuemeka Korie, General Manager is a Medical doctor with more than 8 years experience in managed care and health insurance. He has been in medical practice for more than 13 years. Joined MHS in 2003 as an Assistant General Manager (Network) and rose to become a Deputy General Manager (Operations) in 2006. He was promoted to General Manager in January 2007.
